Men are different from women in many ways. These differences are due to both biological and gender factors. Men are more likely than women to engage in risky behaviors, and on average, men go to their general practitioners half as often as women. Experts also say that men and women have different perceptions on what it means to be healthy: men are more likely to want to see the physical results of their healthy lifestyle, whereas women are more likely to just enjoy the everyday benefits of healthy living.
We often hear that men take better care of their cars and electronic gadgets than their own health. So, it's time to shift your priorities and become more proactive about your health. A great way to start is to follow these basic steps to maintaining health and vitality:
