What is your calorie count?



I now have the awesome privilege of coaching other amazing people on their own weight loss journey. The number one question I get is asking about my daily food intake.

1200 calories a day
(3) 300 calorie meals plus all of the greens you want (just make sure to add the dressing in your count)
(3) 100 calorie snacks

I eat within 30 minutes of waking up and I don't eat after 7 pm which means zero night time snacking!

I gave up all sugary drinks...yep, lots and lots of water.

I am now at my goal weight so I am now at 1350 calories a day so my body doesn't think I am still in weight loss mode ;)
